摘  要:为探究H_(2)、N_(2)和不同混合比例的H_(2)-N_(2)混合介质的燃弧特性,搭建了可视化电弧实验平台。设计了“圆台平板”碳触头结构稳定电弧,利用高速摄影仪拍摄电弧形态及电压、电流探头采集电弧电气量,测试不同介质的电弧特性,分析气体电弧的电弧电压组成及近极压降的提取,比较多组混合气体下电场强度。实验表明H_(2)-N_(2)混合气体的弧压随着H_(2)含量增加而上升,可为直流接触器气体介质的选择提供参考。In order to explore the arcing characteristics of H_(2),N_(2)and H_(2)-N_(2)mixed media with different mixing ratios,a visual arc experiment platform was built.The"round-tablet-flat"carbon contact structure was designed to stabilize the arc.A high-speed camera was used to capture the arc shape.The voltage and current probe was used to collect the arc electricity volume and test the arc characteristics of different media.The arc voltage composition of the gas arc and the extraction of the near extreme voltage drop were analyzed.The electric field strength under multiple mixed gases was compared.It indicates that the arc voltage increases with the ratio of H_(2)in the H_(2)-N_(2)mixed medium,which can provide a reference for the selection of the gas medium of the DC contactor.
