摘　　要：智慧小型断路器在某些用电场所和用电设备中有不可替代的作用。具体对智慧小型断路器电动操作机构的结构进行设计,包括位置开关的布局、运行逻辑的分析、电机选型、齿轮系统传动比的计算及齿轮设计等,将理论计算结果与实际产品数据进行穿插引用和对比,验证了设计方法与设计思路的可行性。能为同类产品的设计提供参考,有效缩短研发周期。Smart miniature circuit breakers play an irreplaceable role in some power-consuming places and electrical equipment.Specifically,the structure of the electric operating mechanism for smart miniature circuit breakers is designed,including the layout of position switches,the analysis of operation logic,motor selection,the calculation of gear system transmission ratio and the gear design,etc.The theoretical calculation results are interspersed with the actual product data.References and comparisons are used to verify the feasibility of design methods and design ideas.It can provide reference for the design of similar products and effectively shorten the research and development cycle.
