摘　　要：乡村振兴的乡村发展新理念意味着我国农村发展从全面脱贫攻坚战的完成,逐步进入到全面发展质量提升阶段,我国农村开始进入追求农村现代产业化发展、农村农民农业技术化发展的新阶段,对于乡村人力资本的需求极大提升,因此推动农民农业技术培训体系的发展,以提升农村人力资本质量推动农村产业结构转型是实现乡村振兴的重要因素。该文以农民农业技术培训效果评估为主体,以农八师职工作为研究对象,运用柯氏评估模型来构建农八师职工农业技术培训效果评估体系,为我国新型农民农业技术培训体系的建设发展提供参考价值。The new concept of rural development of rural revitalization means that China's rural development has gradually entered the stage of improving the quality of all-round development from the completion of the battle to get rid of poverty in an all-round way.China's rural areas began to pursue a new stage of rural modern industrialization development and rural farmers'agro-technology development,and the demand for rural human capital has greatly increased.Therefore,we should promote the development of farmers'agro-technology training system in order to improve the quality of rural human capital and promote the transformation of rural industrial structure;such a measure is an important factor to achieve rural revitalization.This paper takes the effect evaluation of farmers'agro-technical training as the main body,takes the staff and workers of the Eighth Agricultural Division of XPCC as the research object,and uses the Kirkpatrick Model to construct the agro-technical training effect evaluation system for the staff and workers of the Eighth Agricultural Division of XPCC.All this provides reference value for the construction and development of the new agro-technology training system for farmers in our country.
