兵团基层党组织引领乡村振兴的意义及路径探析

摘　　要：基层党组织是乡村振兴战略的组织者和领导者,在乡村振兴战略实施中的作用是不可替代的。乡村振兴战略提出以后,兵团各级党委积极贯彻落实,团场连队的面貌发生翻天覆地的变化。在全面推进组织振兴、产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴过程中,要继续坚持兵团基层党组织引领,确保兵团在乡村振兴的路上不掉队,为实现中国式现代化贡献兵团力量。As the organizer and leader of the rural vitalization strategy,the grass-roots Party organization plays an irreplaceable role in its implementation.After the rural revitalization strategy was put forward,Party committees at all levels of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)actively implemented it,and the appearance of regimental farms and companies underwent earth-shaking changes.In the process of comprehensively promoting organizational revitalization,industrial revitalization,personnel revitalization,cultural revitalization,and ecological revitalization,the XPCC should continue to adhere to the guidance of the grass-roots Party organizations,ensure that the XPCC does not lag behind on the road to rural revitalization,and contribute its strength to the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
