摘  要:发光二极管(LED)显示屏厂家对印制电路板(PCB)的板面墨色一致性要求较高,采用常规生产工艺不能有效地满足此类要求,只能采用人工挑选方式,从众多产品中选取颜色相近的产品供应给客户,其余杂色产品均须报废,造成成本大量浪费。为了尽量保证其屏体墨色的一致性,通过技术控制显示模组的生产批次,对显示模组的批次号做规范和约束,以达到精确控制板面色差并节约成本的目的。At present,all display screen manufacturers have strict requirements for the consistency of the ink color of printed circuit board(PCB).The PCB cannot effectively meet such requirements by using the conventional production process.It can only select products with similar colors from many products and supply them to customers by manual selection,while the variegated products can only be scrapped,resulting in a large amount of waste of cost.With the increasing application range of LED display screens,and in order to ensure the consistency of LED screen ink color as much as possible,the existing technology regulates and restricts the batch number of the display module by controlling the production batch of the display module.
