摘 要:印制电路板(PCB)在生产中能耗较大,产生的废水也较多。从有机可焊性保护剂(OSP)水平生产线在传统用水和排水两个方面所存在的问题出发,提出两种节水方案,在水洗槽进水口处安装智能节水器用于节省进水量,在水洗槽溢流排水口处回收溢流水。两种节水方案具有现实可行性,且经济效益较好,旨在实现废水循环持续利用,减少废水排放,降低环境安全治理成本,实现企业节能减排的生产策略。PCB industry is high energy consumption,and the waste water produced by has big impact on environmental safety.Starting from the existing problems in the traditional water use and drainage of OSP horizontal copper line,this paper puts forward a water-saving scheme of installing an intelligent water saver at the water inlet of the water washing tank to save the inflow water,and recycle the overflow water at the overflow outlet of the water washing tank,so as to achieve the purpose of recycling the waste water,reduce the waste water discharge and reduce the cost of environmental safety treatment,which is in line with the production strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises,and has practical feasibility and can produce economic benefits+.
