摘  要:浓缩+干化技术是东莞某公司独立研发的针对化学镀镍废液处理新技术。该技术可实现化学镀镍废液的无害化处理,使其出水排放达标,处理废水效率高、成本低、稳定性好,具有良好的经济和社会效益。该公司试验采用低温蒸发浓缩+干化工艺处理该公司化学镀镍废液。通过对试验结果的分析,介绍了蒸发浓缩+干化技术的处理原理,以及整个工艺运行出水指标和经济收益等,为该工艺的推广提供了可行性分析。Concentration+drying technology is a new technology independently developed for the treatment of electroless nickel plating waste liquid.On one hand,this technology can realize the harmless treatment of electroless nickel plating waste liquid,on the other hand,it can realize the standard discharge of electroless nickel plating waste liquid.The treatment of wastewater has high efficiency,low cost,good stability and good economic,environmental and social benefits.In this paper,the electroless nickel plating waste liquid of a Dongguan company was tested,and the low temperature evaporation and drying process was used to treat the company's electroless nickel plating waste liquid.Through the analysis of the test results,the application of the low temperature evaporation and drying technology for the rapid treatment of the chemical nickel concentrated waste liquid was studied.
