悬饮宁治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液临床观察研究

摘　　要：目的探讨悬饮宁方治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效及对患者生活质量(采用Karnofsky评分评价)的改善情况。方法随机选择60例肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者,分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组予参脉注射液100 mL静脉滴注、斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液0.5 mg静脉滴注治疗,1次/d,共2周。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合悬饮宁中药煎服,1剂/d,共4周,早晚各煎服1次。两组均以8周为一个周期,一个周期后,判断患者肺癌胸腔积液的疗效及患者生活质量的改善情况。结果治疗组肺癌恶性胸腔积液的总有效率高于对照组;治疗组治疗后生活质量好转率显著高于对照组。结论悬饮宁中药具有显著缓解肺癌恶性胸腔积液的作用,并可改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and improvement of quality of life in the treatment of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion through decoction of Xunyinning Chinese Medicine therapy by Karnofsky score.Methods 60 cases of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into control and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was received treatment for 100ml intravenous drip of Shenmei injection,and 0.5mg intravenous drip of sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection,once a day for 2 weeks.Treatment group wason the basis of the treatment of control group,combined with decoction of Xuanyinning Chinese Medicine,1 dose daily for a total of 8 weeks,once in the morning and evening.The efficacy of lung cancer pleural effusion and the improvement of patients'quality of life were evaluated after 1 cycle.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer in the treatment group was higher than control group.The improvement rate of quality of life in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Xuyinning Chinese Medicine can relieve malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.
