摘　　要：目的探讨查检表结合柏拉图分析法在降低ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率中的应用效果。方法选取入住我院ICU的且需机械通气治疗的危重患者320例,其中2021年1~5月在院患者160例为对照组,利用查检表进行质控检查,对查检到的问题,用柏拉图分析法找出关键因素,制定改进措施;2021年6~10月在院患者为观察组,给予改进后的措施,并利用查检表质控检查。比较两组质控数据、VAP发生率、住院时间、住院费用的变化。结果改进后质控缺陷率、VAP发生率、住院时间、住院费用均下降,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论查检表结合柏拉图分析法能提高专项质控质量,降低ICU患者VAP发生率、住院时间和住院费用,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of applying checklist combined with Pareto analysis in reducing ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP)incidence in ICU patients.Methods A total of 320 severe patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU of our hospital were selected by convenient sampling method,among which 160 inpatients from January to May of 2021 were selected as control group.The checklist was used for quality control inspection in control group.Key factors were identified with Pareto analysis from the problems detected,before improved measures being made.Inpatients from June to October of 2021 were selected as observation group,which received the improved measures.The checklist was used for quality control.The changes of quality control data,VAP incidence,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were compared between two groups.Results The defect rate of quality control,VAP incidence,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses all decreased after improvement,and there were all statistical significantly differences between two groups.Conclusion The application of checklist combined with Pareto analysis can improve the quality of special item quality control,and reduce VAP incidence,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of ICU patients,which is worthy of promotion.
