基于sDNA模型的桐城市历史文化街区可达性分析

摘　　要：历史文化街区作为城市的重要载体,其可达性是影响街区活力的重要因素。本文基于城市道路中心线建立桐城市中心城区的线段模型,并利用空间设计网络分析(spatial design network analysis,sDNA)模型对该市4条历史文化街区的全局可达性、局部可达性和感知可达性进行了分析,同时借助ArcGIS中的空间自相关分析功能,对sDNA模型分析的结果进行了验证。结果表明:北大街和胜利街的全局可达性较好,南大街和东大街的较差;北大街、胜利街和东大街的局部可达性较好,南大街靠南部分区域的较差;北大街和胜利街的感知可达性较好,南大街和东大街的较差。最后,根据研究结果对桐城市历史文化街区的可达性提出了优化建议。As an important carrier of the city,the accessibility of historical and cultural blocks is an important factor affecting the vitality of the blocks.This paper establishes the line segment model of Tongcheng downtown based on the urban road centerline,analyzes the line segment model by using the sDNA model,respectively studies and analyzes the global accessibility,local accessibility and perceived accessibility of the four historical and cultural blocks in Tongcheng,and verifies the results of the sDNA model analysis with the help of the spatial autocorrelation analysis function in ArcGIS.The results show that the overall accessibility of North Street and Shengli Street is better,that of South Street and East Street is worse,the local accessibility of North Street,Shengli Street and East Street is better,and that of some areas near the south of South Street is poor;Perceived accessibility is better on North Street and Shengli Street,and worse on South Street and East Street.Based on the research results,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the accessibility optimization of Tongcheng historical and cultural blocks.
