摘  要:WSA装置中蒸汽发生器中常出现管板与换热管焊接泄漏问题,针对常见的换热管和管板焊接技术进行了对比分析,最后采用内孔焊技术。结合设备的具体特征,对内孔焊技术进行了描述,并对采用内孔焊结构后管板的受力状况进行了数值分析及对比,作为换热管和管板焊接技术的改进和优化。优化后的结构可为今后WSA装置蒸汽发生器的换热管和管板焊接提供技术指导。The common problem of welding leakage between tube sheets and heat exchange tubes in steam generators in WSA devices was compared and analyzed based on common welding technologies of heat exchange tubes and tube sheets.Finally,the inner hole welding technology was adopted.Based on the specific characteristics of the equipment,the inner hole welding technology was described,and numerical analysis and comparison were conducted on the stress status of the tube sheet after adopting the inner hole welding structure.As an improvement and optimization of the welding technology for heat exchange tubes and tube sheets,the optimized structure can provide technical guidance for the welding of heat exchange tubes and tube sheets in the steam generator of the WSA device in the future.
