摘 要:基于管板设计统一理论,系统分析了重力及流体压降的影响并检验了现有简化理论的结论,澄清了诸多含糊不清的观点。数值计算对比分析表明,统一理论对于不同换热器的预测结果与有限元分析结果符合得非常好。统一理论为薄管板及大直径管板换热器的工程设计提供了坚实的理论依据。Based on the unified theory of tube sheet design,the effect of gravity and fluid pressure drop was systematically analyzed,and the conclusions of existing simplified theories were verified,clarifying many ambiguous viewpoints.The comparative analysis of numerical calculations shows that the prediction results of the unified theory for different heat exchangers are in good agreement with the results of finite element analysis.The unified theory provides a solid theoretical basis for the engineering design of thin tube sheet and large diameter tube sheet heat exchangers.
