摘 要:为了保证船舶在所设计的客运码头能够安全地靠离泊,码头设计时需综合考虑当地各种风和流的影响,船舶的旋回圈满足地理限制并能够成功靠离泊。根据野本方程分析静水时的旋回半径,将风叠加推算出相应的旋回半径,再利用深度学习的数据流编程获得在该区域范围内船舶最小偏移距离,依此数据预算出防波堤的长度。利用模拟器仿真通航验证程序推算的防波堤长度的可靠性,分析了靠离泊失败的原因,然后通过修改防波堤长度之后才解决了相应问题,适合在水运设计方面推广。In order to ensure the ships can berth safely in the designed passenger dock,the influence of various local winds and currents should be considered comprehensively in the design of the dock,and the ship’s turning circle should meet geographical restrictions and be able to berth successfully.The radius of rotation in still water is analysed according to the Nomoto equation,the corresponding radius of rotation is derived by superimposing the wind,and the minimum vessel excursion distance within the area is obtained using deep learning data flow programming.The reliability of breakwater length calculated by navigation verification program is simulated by the simulator,and the causes of berthing failure are analyzed.Then the corresponding problems are solved by modifying the breakwater length.The theory reasoning of the overall design process is rigorous,the program design process is rigorous,and the simulation navigation practice is practical,which is suitable for the promotion of water transport design.
