摘  要:介绍了球墨铸铁真空泵腔体铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺设计,通过利用ProCAST模拟软件对腔体铸件的充型过程及凝固过程进行模拟分析,有效避免了铸件内部质量可能产生的缩松、气孔、夹杂及砂眼等缺陷。最后指出:在腔体铸件工艺设计过程中,通过使用ProCAST模拟软件对铸造工艺进行辅助模拟分析,预测铸件可能产生的铸造缺陷及位置,及时进行工艺改进,缩短了研发周期,降低了试制成本。The structure and technical requirements of the cavity casting of nodular iron vacuum pump were introduced.The casting process design was elaborated in detail.By using the ProCAST to simulate and analyze the filling and solidification process of the cavity casting,defects such as shrinkage porosity,pores,inclusions and sand holes that may occur inside the casting were effectively avoided.Finally,it was pointed out that in the process of cavity casting process design,by using ProCAST simulation software to carry out auxiliary simulation analysis on the casting process,the possible defects and its locations could be predicted.The process could be improved in time,which shortens the research and development cycle and reduces the cost of trial production.
