摘  要:介绍了通过台架试验或投放市场的方法验证排气歧管热疲劳强度的缺点:验证成本高,验证周期长,无法有效快速反映排气歧管的改进效果,影响排气歧管质量改进的时效性。针对这一问题,根据发动机排气歧管工作状态和特点,设计了一种简易排气歧管热疲劳试验装置,模拟排气歧管正常工作的状态,验证排气歧管在不同的工况下的热疲劳性能。同时,依据各式排气歧管结构,灵活制作不同的加热装置,提升排气岐管试验温度场与实际应用温度场的符合性。该方法可快速验证排气歧管的热疲劳性能,准确了解排气歧管的改进效果,减少排气歧管的验证时间,并降低生产成本。It was introduced to verify defects with the thermal fatigue strength of the exhaust manifold through bench test or launching to market was introduced:high verification cost and long verification cycle,it couldn't effectively and quickly reflect the improvement effect of exhaust manifold and affect the timeliness of exhaust manifold quality improvement.In order to solve this problem,according to the working state and characteristics of the engine exhaust manifold,a simple exhaust manifold thermal fatigue test device was designed to simulate the normal working state of the exhaust manifold and verify the thermal fatigue performance of the exhaust manifold under different working conditions.At the same time,according to the various exhaust manifold structures,different heating devices were flexibly made to improve the compliance between the test temp-erature field of the exhaust manifold and the actual applied temperature field.This method could quickly verify the thermal fatigue performance of exhaust manifold,accurately understand the improvement effect of exhaust manifold,reduce the verifi-cation time of exhaust manifold,and reduce the production cost.
