摘 要:介绍了一种通过分析CAE凝固模拟的温度场色谱分布预判机床铸件铸孔R角裂纹产生部位的方法,详细阐述了该裂纹预判方法的分析推断和实例验证过程:通过采用优化铸孔R角尺寸,使筋板上R角周围温度场具有相对较小的温度梯度,运用CAE软件对优化方案进行凝固模拟确认,确保改善措施应用效果,经生产验证,该方法具有较高的准确性。将此裂纹预判方法推广应用到机床立柱新产品开发上,结果显示模拟预测结果与实际裂纹吻合。A method to predict the R-angle crack generation site of the machine tool casting hole by analyzing the temperature field chromatographic distribution of CAE solidification simulation was introduced.The analysis and inference and example verification process of the crack prediction method was described in detail:by optimizing the R angle size of the cast hole,the temperature field around the R angle on the reinforcement plate to have a relatively small temperature gradient,and to ensure the application effect of the improvement measures.Conduct the solidification simulation confirmation with CAE software to ensure the application effect of improvement measure.The production validation showed that the proposed method had a high accuracy.The crack prediction method was applied to the development of new products of the machine tool column,and the results showed that the simulation prediction results coincide with the actual crack.
