摘  要:介绍了3M78缸体铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的原铸造工艺及批量生产中出现的缺陷问题,利用MAGMA软件对3M78缸体充型及凝固过程进行模拟,分析了原铸造工艺产生气孔、缩孔、冷隔缺陷的原因,通过模拟多个改进方案,从中选出最优的方案作为实际最终生产的工艺方案,经过批量生产后,缸体气孔缺陷的废品率由原来的7.5%降到2.1%,缩松缺陷的废品率由原来的5.4%降到1.8%,消除了冷隔缺陷,缸体综合成品率由不足80%提升至95%以上,达到了质量改善的目标。The casting structure and technical requirements were introduced.The original casting method and the defect problem in the casting batch production was described in detail,by using MAGMA software the mold filling process and solidification process of 3M78 cylinder block were simulated,the reasons causing blowhole,shrinkage,cold shut were analyzed.By simulating multiple improvement plans,the optimal casting method scheme as the actual final production scheme was selected.After batch production of the cylinder block,its blowhole defect scrap rate was decreased from 7.5%to 2.1%,shrinkage scrap rate decreased from 5.4%to 1.8%,the cold shut defect was eliminated,its comprehensive qualified rate was elevated from less than 80%to higher than 95%,meeting quality improvement target.
