摘　　要：伪满汉医学院是伪满洲中央汉医会成立后,东北沦陷区中医界有识之士在夹缝中传承中医药学术、培养中医药人才、服务普通民众医疗健康过程中的一项重要举措,也是实现中医发展后继有人的治本之策。伪满洲中央汉医会对创建工作进行了周密部署,成立了“汉医学院创设准备委员会”,制定了《汉医学院创设要纲》,开展了办学经费的筹集募捐工作,动员全东北中医师捐资助学。但“汉医学院”命运多舛,并没有得到伪满当局的批准,胎死腹中。东北中医有识之士的办学兴校、培养人才的努力,为东北中医的发展积累了经验。After the establishment of the Central Han Medical Association of Puppet Manchuria,establishing Han medical College of Puppet Manchuria was an important step in the process of inheriting traditional Chinese medicine scholarship,training traditional Chinese medicine talents,and serving the general public for the people in the medical fi eld in the occupied areas of Northeast China.It was also the fundamental strategy of the development of traditional Chinese medicine.The Central Han Medical Association of Puppet Manchuria made careful plans for its establishment,set up the Preparatory Committee for the Establishment of Han Medical College,drew up the Outline for the Establishment of the Han Medical College,collected funds for running the school,and mobilized the whole northeast Chinese medicine doctors to donate funds.But the"Han Medical College"was not approved by the puppet Manchukuo authorities.A man of insight in northeastern Chinese medicine established school of traditional Chinese medicine,and cultivated talents of Chinese medicine,which has accumulated experience for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in northeast China.
