摘  要:本文以电子氟化液(HFE-7100)为工质,实验研究了光滑表面和泡沫金属敷设表面的单孔射流冲击沸腾传热特性,观测了两种表面下的流动和气泡行为。结果表明,泡沫金属结构对射流冲击沸腾传热有显著强化效果:泡沫金属敷设表面的沸腾起始点过热度比光滑表面低14.9 K;泡沫金属敷设表面周围流体中的气泡直径更大;在泡沫金属结构和气泡运动扰流的耦合作用下,泡沫金属敷设表面的流场更为复杂。The boiling heat transfer performance of single jet impingement on a smooth surface and a metal foam covered surface is experimentally investigated with fluorinert electronic liquid HFE-7100,and the flow and bubble behavior of both surfaces is visualized.The experimental results show that,the metal foam structure has a significant enhancement on the boiling heat transfer performance of jet impingement:superheat of the metal foam covered surface has a 14.9 K reduction compared with the smooth surface on the onset of nuclear boiling.The fluid around the metal foam contains larger diameter bubbles than the fluid around the smooth surface.The flow is more complicated by the influence of the metal foam structure and the disturbance of the bubble movement.
