摘 要:本文通过现场测试对武汉某住宅建筑毛细管网与新风除湿复合空调系统的供冷性能、室内舒适性以及运行效果进行分析,研究并改进实际运行中出现的结露问题。测试结果表明:该毛细管网与新风除湿系统同时开启后可在1.2 h内将室内温度降至27.4℃,响应快速,开启初期0.75 h内会出现短暂结露现象,5 h后室内达到相对稳定状态,室内温湿度达夏季I级舒适度;若新风系统不进行辅助除湿,室内在系统运行0~2 h和19~24 h两时间段内出现严重结露现象。因此提出一种启停策略,即先开启新风系统除湿1 h后,再开启毛细管供冷,可有效避免结露情况发生。通过对能耗分析发现相比于普通空调采用本复合空调系统运行要节能28.9%。Through on-site testing,the cooling performance,indoor comfort,and operating effect of a residential building in Wuhan capillary network and fresh air dehumidification composite air-conditioning system are analyzed,and the condensation problems in actual operation are researched and improved.The test results show that,after the capillary network and the fresh air dehumidification system are turned on at the same time,the indoor temperature can be reduced to 27.4°C within 1.2 h,and the response is fast,there will be short-term condensation within 0.75 h at the beginning of opening,after 5 hours,the room will reach a relatively stable state,and the indoor temperature and humidity will reach level I comfort in summer.If the fresh air system does not perform auxiliary dehumidification,severe condensation occurred indoors during the two periods of system operation 0-2 h and 19-24 h.Therefore,a start-stop strategy is proposed,which is to turn on the fresh air system to dehumidify for 1 hour,and then turn on the capillary for cooling,which can effectively avoid condensation.Through the analysis of energy consumption,it is found that compared with ordinary air-conditioning,the operation of this system requires an energy saving of 28.9%.
