摘 要:目的:探讨SPOC混合教学模式在本科实习生泌尿外科临床技能培训中应用的可行性和效果。方法:选择临床医学专业本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为SPOC混合模式组和对照组,每组各62人,对纳入研究的实习生进行导尿术、泌尿系统体格检查、手术切口换药等泌尿外科基本临床技能进行实践教学。出科时分别予以操作考核、教学依从性和满意度测评。结果:两组学生性别、年龄和入科成绩相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在教学效果评价方面,对照组学生出科考核平均成绩为(80.03±7.42)分,SPOC模式组学生平均成绩为(86.35±6.23)分,SPOC模式组优于对照组;在教学依从性方面,对照组依从率为80.6%,SPOC模式组依从率为93.6%,SPOC模式组学生的教学依从性及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SPOC混合教学模式相比传统模式在泌尿外科本科生临床技能教学中具有显著优势,学生更易接受且学习效果更好,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of employing SPOC blended teaching mode in urological clinical skill trainings for undergraduate interns.Methods:Undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine were selected as the research participants,and were randomly divided into the SPOC blended teaching group and the control group(n=62 in each group).Then all the included students received clinical skills training in urology,such as urethral catheterization,physical examination of urinary system and dressing change.Post-class test,teaching adherence and satisfaction assessments were completed respectively when the students discharged from the department.Results:Statistically differences were not seen between the two groups in terms of gender,age and entry grades(P>0.05).In terms of graduation test scores,the average scores of the control group and the SPOC mixed mode group were 80.03±7.42 and 86.35±6.23 respectively.As well,the teaching adherence rate in SPOC mixed mode group was 93.6%,and 80.6%in control group.The students in SPOC blended teaching groups showed higher test scores,teaching adherence and satisfaction scores(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the SPOC blended teaching mode has significant advantages in urological clinical skill trainings for undergraduate interns.It is easier for students to accept and worthy of application in the practice of clinical learning.
