摘　　要：目的:分析经阴道单孔与常规多孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术在良性卵巢肿瘤治疗中的疗效。方法:选择医院收治的64例良性卵巢肿瘤患者,对照组患者(32例)行常规多孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术,研究组患者(32例)行经阴道单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术。比较不同手术方式在两组患者中的近远期疗效。结果:研究组患者的围术期时间指标均少于或短于对照组相应指标(P<0.05);两组患者术后VAS评分逐渐降低,并且相同时间点研究组患者的VAS评分低于对照组相应评分(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的E2、FSH、LH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的E2水平均显著降低,FSH、LH水平明显升高,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经阴道单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术可减少手术创伤,降低疼痛程度,有效改善患者的机体卵巢功能,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of transvaginal single hole and conventional porous laparoscopic ovarian cyst culling in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors.Methods:A total of 64 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to the First People's Hospital of Kashgar were selected and divided into two groups.Patients in the control group(n=32)underwent conventional porous laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal,while patients in the study group(n=32)underwent transvaginal single-port laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.The short-and long-term effects of different surgical methods were compared between the two groups.Results:The perioperative indexes of the study group were less than or shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups gradually decreased after operation,and the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in E2,FSH and LH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the E2 levels of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the FSH and LH levels were significantly increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal single-port laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal can reduce the surgical trauma,reduce the degree of pain,and effectively improve the ovarian function of patients,which is worthy of reference.
