摘　　要：目的:探讨护理质量敏感指标监测对提高溃疡性结肠炎患者保留灌肠有效性。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年5月某院消化内科行保留灌肠的29例溃疡性结肠炎患者(保留灌肠213次)为对照组,选取2020年6月-2020年11月该院消化内科运用保留灌肠护理敏感质量指标监测的29例溃疡性结肠炎患者(保留灌肠287次)作为观察组。比较两组患者保留灌肠有效率和满意度,同时对护理质量敏感指标监测前后护理小组成员自身成长打分。结果:观察组患者保留灌肠有效率和满意度较对照组均有提升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);亚专科护理小组成员自身成长打分较前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理质量敏感指标监测管理能有效提高溃疡性结肠炎患者保留灌肠的有效率及满意度,对提高临床护士自身成长有积极作用,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of monitoring nursing sensitive quality indicators in improving the retention enema of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:From December 2019 to May 2020,29 patients with ulcerative colitis(213 times of retention enema)in a digestive department of a hospital were selected as the control group.From June 2020 to November 2020,29 patients with ulcerative colitis(287 times of retention enema)monitored by sensitive quality indicators of retention enema care in a digestive department of a hospital were selected as the observation group.The efficiency and satisfaction of retention enema were compared between the two groups,and the growth of nursing team members was scored before and after the monitoring of sensitive indicators of nursing quality.Results:The effective rate and satisfaction of retention enema in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self growth score of sub specialty nursing team members was significantly higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The monitoring and management of sensitive indicators of nursing quality can effectively improve the efficiency and satisfaction of retention enema for patients with ulcerative colitis,and has a positive effect on the growth of clinical nurses themselves,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
