运动疗法联合自我效能训练在腹膜透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究运动疗法联合自我效能训练在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法:选择医院收治的50例腹膜透析患者为调查对象,按照入院的先后顺序分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例)。对照组患者给予常规的腹膜透析健康教育,观察组患者在常规健康教育的基础上,给予运动疗法联合自我效能训练干预,比较两组患者干预前、后活动水平及运动自我效能水平,比较两组患者干预后生活质量水平。结果:干预后观察组患者的活动水平及运动自我效能水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者生活质量水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法联合自我效能训练能有效提高腹膜透析患者体力活动水平、自我效能水平及生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of exercise therapy and self-efficacy training in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:Fifty peritoneal dialysis patients in hospital were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to the order of admission.Patients in the control group were given regular health education on peritoneal dialysis,and patients in the observation group were given exercise therapy and self-efficacy training intervention based on routine health education.The activity levels and exercise self-efficacy levels before and after the intervention and the quality of life after the intervention were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the activity level and exercise self-efficacy of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise therapy and self-efficacy training can effectively improve physical activity,selfefficacy and quality of life in peritoneal dialysis patients.
