摘　　要：目的:探讨社区高血压患者家庭医生服务采取磁性管理模式的效果。方法:选取某社区中心在管的400例高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组200例患者。对照组患者采用传统家庭医生服务为基础的慢病管理模式,研究组患者在此基础上采用磁性管理模式,对比分析两组患者在6个月后的高血压用药依从性、血压达标率、SF-36问卷、健康管理满意度问卷等指标的评估。结果:通过纳排、剔除标准后,对照组和研究组最终入选例数分别为194例、198例。研究组患者在用药依从性、血压达标率、SF-36各维度评分等方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组患者的健康管理满意度评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁性管理模式用于社区高血压慢病管理中可提高管理效果。Objective:To explore the effect of magnetic management mode in community family doctor service for patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 400 hypertensive patients in our center before 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 200 cases in each group.The chronic disease management model based on traditional family doctor service was adopted in the control group,while the magnetic management model was adopted in the study group.The evaluation of hypertension medication compliance,blood pressure compliance rate,SF-36 questionnaire,health management satisfaction questionnaire and other indicators were compared and analyzed between the two groups after 6 months.Results:After the inclusion and exclusion criteria,196 cases in the control group and 198 cases in the study group were finally included.The medication compliance,blood pressure compliance rate and SF-36 scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the health management satisfaction score of the study group was also higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic management model can improve the effect of chronic hypertension management in community.
