摘  要:为了提高聚脲(PUA)的阻燃性能,通过添加有机磷-氮阻燃剂6, 6-(((磺酰基双(4, 1-亚苯基))双(氮杂二基))双(噻吩-2-基亚甲基))双(6H-二苯并[c, e][1, 2]氧膦6-氧化物)(DOPO-N),制备了阻燃聚脲弹性体(PUA/DOPO-N);分别以有机改性蒙脱土(OMMT)以及氢氧化镁(MH)作为协效剂与DOPO-N进行复配,制备了阻燃聚脲弹性体(PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT和PUA/DOPO-N/MH)。通过热重分析、极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL 94)、锥形量热、扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸测试等手段,研究了其热性能、阻燃性能、阻燃机理和力学性能。研究结果表明,PUA/20%DOPO-N的LOI值为27.0%、UL 94等级达到V-0,相比于PUA,其热释放速率峰值(pk-HRR)、总热释放量(THR)和平均有效燃烧热(avEHC)都大幅下降。PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT和PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH的LOI值分别达到27.8%和28.2%,相比于PUA/20%DOPO-N,二者的pk-HRR,THR和av-EHC进一步下降。SEM结果表明,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT和PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH燃烧后形成的炭层更加完整致密。DOPO-N和OMMT,DOPO-N和MH不仅能够发挥协同阻燃作用,而且DOPO-N,OMMT和MH的加入可以提高PUA的力学性能。In order to improve the flame retardancy of polyurea(PUA),the flame retardant PUA elastomer(PUA/DOPO-N)was prepared by adding organic phosphorus–nitrogen flame retardant 6,6-(((sulfonylbis(4,1-phenylene))bis(azanediyl))bis(thiophen-2-ylmethylene))bis(6H-di-benzo[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphinine 6-oxide)(DOPO-N).In addition,using organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT)and magnesium hydroxide(MH)respectively,the flame retardant PUA elastomers(PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH)were also prepared.The thermal property,flame retardant property,flame retardant mechanism and mechanical property of PUA/DOPO-N,PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TG),limiting oxygen index(LOI),UL 94,cone calorimetry,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and tensile test.The results show that the LOI of PUA/20%DOPO-N is 27.0%,and UL 94 V-0 rating is attained.Compared with PUA,the peak heat release rate(pk-HRR),total heat release(THR)and average effective heat combustion(av-EHC)of PUA/20%DOPO-N decrease significantly.In addition,the LOI of PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH reaches 27.8%and 28.2%,respectively.And their pk-HRR,THR and av-EHC are lower.SEM results show that the carbon layers formed by PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH after combustion are more complete and compact.Complex of DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/MH has synergistic flame retardancy.Moreover,adding DOPO-N and complex,the mechanical properties of PUA are improved.
