摘 要:以丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯/马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP)/聚烯烃弹性体共聚物(PPHM)为相容剂,通过熔融挤出制备了β成核聚丙烯/硅灰石复合材料。考察了PPHM含量对复合材料结构和性能的影响。红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线衍射结果表明,PPHM与硅灰石表面形成了强相互作用,使复合体系的相容性得到提高,并对PP的结晶产生了明显影响。含50%(质量分数)PPHM的复合材料的缺口冲击强度达到(18.4±1.3)kJ/m~2,约为纯PP的3倍,而拉伸强度仅降低了20.3%,实现了韧性和强度之间的相对平衡;此外,复合材料的熔体强度和热稳定性优于纯PP。Theβ-nucleated polypropylene(PP)/wollastonite composites were prepared via melt-extrusion using polypropylene/polyolefin elastomer-g-2-hydroxyethyl acrylate/maleic anhydride(PPHM)as compatibilizer.The effects of PPHM content on the structure and properties of the composites were investigated.The infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction results show that the PPHM forms a strong interaction at the surface of wollastonite,which improves the compatibility of the composite system and has a significant impact on the crystallization of PP.The notched impact strength of the composite with 50%PPHM reaches(18.4±1.3)kJ/m2,which is about 3 times that of pure PP,while the tensile strength is only reduced by 20.3%,achieving a relative balance between toughness and strength.Furthermore,the melt strength and thermal stabilities of the composites are better than those of neat PP.
