摘 要:海洋生物污损是由有机物、细菌与多种微型动植物等黏附在海洋材料表面上形成的,这对人类从事海洋活动与资源开发产生了严重的危害。文中利用带相反电荷的壳聚糖季铵盐(HACC)与海藻酸钠(SA)电荷组装制备了多糖聚电解质复合物(PEC)水凝胶膜,由于分子间的氢键作用、静电相互作用与金属配位键作用的协同效应,该水凝胶膜具有优异的力学性能(断裂强度为8.65 MPa)。此外,进一步引入四羧基苯基卟啉铁金属簇(Fe-TCPP)复合PEC制备了Fe-TCPP@HACC/SA水凝胶膜,该水凝胶膜表现出预期优异的抑菌性能(抑菌圈直径为2.5 mm)、耐蛋白吸附性能(蛋白吸附量为28.52 mg/g)及耐硅藻黏附性能(硅藻黏附比为9.17%),该新型水凝胶膜在海洋生物防污领域具有潜在应用价值。Marine biofouling is formed by the adhesion of organic matter,bacteria,a variety of micro-animals,and micro-plants on the surface of marine materials,which has caused serious harm to marine activities and resources development.In this paper,polysaccharide polyelectrolyte complex(PEC)hydrogel films were prepared with oppositely charged chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HACC)and sodium alginate(SA)by assembly.Due to the synergistic effect of hydrogen bonds,electrostatic interaction,and metal coordination bonds,the hydrogel film has excellent mechanical properties(fracture strength of 8.65 MPa).In addition,a Fe-TCPP@HACC/SA PEC hydrogel film was prepared by the further introduction of 4-carboxyphenyl porphyrin iron metal cluster(Fe-TCPP)composite PEC,which endowed the hydrogel film with the expected excellent antibacterial properties(the diameter of the inhibition zone is 2.5 mm),protein adsorption resistance(protein adsorption amount of 28.52 mg/g),and diatom adhesion resistance(diatom adhesion ratio of 9.17%).Therefore,this novel hydrogel film has potential applications in the field of marine biological pollution antifouling.
