摘　　要：肺动脉高压是由多种病因通过不同发病机制引起肺血管结构或功能改变,导致肺血管阻力和肺动脉压力升高,继发右心功能不全甚至右心衰竭的临床综合征,其发病机制复杂、病死率高、早期诊断方法匮乏。因此,探寻潜在的血浆生物标记物对肺动脉高压的早期诊断、临床分型、精准治疗和预后判断、药物靶标识别、药物反应等意义重大。本文主要对肺动脉高压潜在的血浆蛋白质生物标记物进行综述。Pulmonary hypertension is a clinical syndrome caused by a variety of causes through different pathogenesis,which leads to changes in the structure or function of pulmonary vessels,resulting in increased pulmonary vascular resistance and pulmonary artery pressure,secondary to right heart insufficiency and even right heart failure.Its pathogenesis is complex,mortality is high,and early diagnosis methods are scarce.Therefore,exploring potential plasma biomarkers is of great significance for the early diagnosis,clinical typing,precise treatment and prognosis of pulmonary hypertension,drug target identification,drug response and so on.This article mainly reviews the potential plasma protein biomarkers of pulmonary hypertension.
