摘 要:目的:探讨赣南地区糖尿病前期(Pre-diabetes mellitus,PDM)的患病情况及其相关影响因素,为早期识别、预防糖尿病发生以及降低发病风险提供科学依据。方法:以2020年赣南地区35岁及以上常住居民作为调查对象,采用多阶段分层抽样方法获取样本人群。通过对研究人群进行问卷调查、体格检查和血生化指标检测收集相关数据,采用χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归分析进行统计分析。结果:1522例非糖尿病患病人群,PDM患病率为9.53%(145例)。年龄、性别、居住年限、家族高血压史、蔬菜摄入量、咸菜摄入量、BMI、中心性肥胖等因素为赣南地区居民PDM患病的影响因素(P<0.05),多因素分析结果年龄≥60岁(OR=1.634,95%CI:1.037~2.577)、咸菜摄入量0.6~50 g/周(OR=1.715,95%CI:1.110~2.649)、咸菜摄入量≥50 g/周(OR=1.674,95%CI:1.030~2.722)、超重组(BMI 24~27.9)(OR=1.762,95%CI:1.202~2.581)、肥胖组(BMI≥28)(OR=2.767,95%CI:1.556~4.921)是影响PDM患病的危险。而高血压家族患病史(OR=0.607,95%CI:0.417~0.884)是PDM患病的保护性因素。结论:赣南地区60岁及以上、喜食咸菜、超重、肥胖人群是PDM患病的高危人群,应该重视对该人群的血糖水平监测,倡导健康的饮食习惯,限制高盐饮食摄入;合理锻炼,保持BMI水平在正常范围,以降低PDM发病风险。Objective:To investigate the prevalence and related influencing factors of pre-diabetes mellitus(PDM)patients in Southern Jiangxi to provide scientific basis for early identification,prevention,and to reduce the risk of diabetes.Methods:In 2020,the multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was applied to selected participants among the permanent residents aged over 35 years in Southern Jiangxi.Data were collected by means of questionnaire,physical and laboratory examination.SPSS 26.0 was employed for data analysis with χ^(2) test and Logistic regression analysis.Results:Of the 1522 non-diabetic populations,the prevalence rate of PDM was 9.53%(145 cases).Factors such as age,sex,years of residence,family history of hypertension,vegetable intake,pickle intake,BMI and central obesity were the influencing factors of PDM in residents in Southern Jiangxi(P<0.05).The most important risk factors were age≥60 years(OR=1.634,95%CI:1.037-2.577),intake of pickles 0.6-50 g/week(OR=1.715,95%CI:1.110-2.649),intake of pickles≥50 g/week(OR=1.674,95%CI:1.030-2.722),overweight,namely BMI 24-27.9 group(OR=1.762,95%CI:1.202-2.581),obese group,namely BMI≥28 group(OR=2.767,95%CI:1.556-4.921).Family history of hypertension(OR=0.607,95%CI:0.417-0.884)was protective factor for PDM.Conclusion:People aged 60 years and above,higher salted vegetables consumption,overweight,and obesity are the high-risk groups of PDM in Southern Jiangxi.Attention should be paid to the monitoring of blood glucose level in people at high risk of PDM;advocating healthy eating habits,and limiting the intake of high-salt diets;Exercise appropriately to keep BMI level in the normal range to reduce the risk of PDM.
