发达国家科技社团助推能源转型升级的思考

摘　　要：能源是经济社会发展的动力,能源安全事关国家的发展与稳定。由于煤炭、石油等化石能源的广泛使用,人类社会在取得突破性发展的同时,也面临着日益严峻的挑战,能源逐渐成为制约人类可持续发展的世界性难题。为了解决能源制约发展问题以及日益恶化的环境问题,越来越多国家制定双碳目标,助推本国能源转型升级,而科技社团作为国家科技治理体系的有机组成部分,在科技治理方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本文以发达国家科技社团为研究对象,深入剖析其在助推本国能源转型升级中发挥的积极作用,以期为我国科技社团在推动国家能源转型中提供借鉴和参考。As energy serves as the driving force of economic and social development,its security is linked to a nation’s development and stability.Due to the extensive use of fossil fuels such as coal and oil,human society has made major breakthroughs,and meanwhile faces increasingly serious challenges.Energy has gradually become a global issue that constrains sustainable human development.At present,in order to address the constraints of energy resources and the worsening environmental problems,more and more countries have set carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals to boost their energy transformation and upgrading.As an integral part of the national science and technology governance system,science and technology societies play an irreplaceable role in science and technology governance.This paper takes the science and technology societies of developed countries as the research objects,and deeply analyzes their active role in promoting the national energy transformation and upgrading,so as to provide reference for China’s science and technology societies in promoting the national energy transformation process.
