摘　　要：随着非标汽车模具的增多,降低模具制造成本成为模具企业生存和发展的关键。针对目前非标模具调试需添置移动工作台或工作台板,增加成本的问题,本文提出一种采用移动式工作台板的试模压力机方案,该方案采用增大工作台板尺寸,工作台板更改为可移动式,增加工作台内托板上淬硬垫板数量等方法,适应不同非标模具调试生产需要。通过使用验证,该技术使用方便、经济,具有较好的推广价值和应用前景。With the increasing number of non-standard automobile dies undertaken by die enterprises required from different domestic and foreign automobile enterprises,reducing the manufacturing cost of molds has become the key to the survival and development of die enterprises.In response to the cost-increasing current issue of adding a mobile workbench or worktable for non-standard die debugging,a plan for using a mobile worktable for the die testing press has been proposed in the text.This plan adopts the method of increasing the size of the worktable,changing the worktable to the mobile mode,and increasing the number of hardened pads on the support plate inside the worktable to adapt to different non-standard die debugging and production.This technology has been proven to be convenient and economical,which has promotion value and application prospects through use verification.
