摘　　要：铝合金挤压生产中,由于压余温度较高,常粘连在剪刀片上,因此剪刀片在剪切前需要涂抹润滑剂,人工手动操作效率低、效果差、较危险,因此采用润滑装置自动对剪刀片喷涂润滑剂。本文简述了油气润滑的基本原理、系统的基本结构和优缺点,介绍了油气润滑技术在大型铝挤压机剪刀片润滑中的应用和取得的良好效果。Due to the high temperature in the production of aluminum alloy extrusion,the pressure residue often adheres to the shear blades.Therefore,the shear blades need to be coated with lubricant before cutting,which is inefficient,ineffective,and dangerous for manual operation.Therefore,a lubrication device has been used to automatically spray lubricant on the shear blades.The basic principle,system structure and advantages&disadvantages of oil air lubrication have been briefly introduced in the text.The application of oil-air lubrication technology in the lubrication of large aluminum extrusion machine shear has been expounded,which achieves good results.
