摘  要:汽车工业是国民经济的支柱产业之一。近年来,在支撑国民经济高质量发展,助力质量强国战略落地和解决关键核心技术方面不断取得突破。在“双碳”目标和节能与新能源支持政策的推动下,节能与新能源汽车渗透率超预期加速推进。本文就节能与新能源快速发展背景下的商用车车架纵梁设计结构和生产工艺进行分析,结合商用车车架纵梁产品结构和工艺现状提出未来发展趋势和建议,以适应商用车行业转型升级和高端化、轻量化、电动化、信息化的发展需求。The automotive industry is one of the core industries of the national economy,and in recent years,it has made continuous breakthroughs in supporting high-quality development of the national economy,assisting in the implementation of the quality strengthening strategy,and solving key core technologies.Driven by the"dual carbon"goals and energy-saving and new energy support policies,the penetration rate of energy-saving and new energy vehicles has accelerated beyond expectations.The design structure and production process of commercial vehicle frame long member have been analyzed in the text under the background of rapid development of energy conservation and new energy.Based on the current product structure and process status of commercial vehicle frame long member,future development trends and suggestions have been proposed to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the commercial vehicle industry and the development needs of high-end,lightweight,electrification,and informatization.
