摘  要:某高脚车升降系统要求车体能够实现平稳升降,保证升降的同步性,否则会造成对车体或液压油缸的破坏,甚至由于车体的不平横而对高脚车整体结构造成严重的破坏。但由于车体重心位置位于车体左后方,四个升降油缸所受负载不相等。为保证车体升降同步性,本文基于Amesim仿真软件建立升降系统调速阀进口节流调速回路、出口节流调速回路以及上升调速阀进口节流调速、下降调速阀出口节流调速回路仿真模型,对比分析三种回路在四个油缸负载不同的情况下压力、速度的稳定性以及高脚车升降的同步性。结果表明采用调速阀+整流板的升降系统,即上升采用调速阀进口节流调速、下降采用调速阀出口节流调速回路,压力、速度较稳定,且升降同步性能好,为同步系统的设计提供了依据。The lifting system of some certain high legged vehicle requires the vehicle body to achieve smooth lifting and ensure synchronous lifting.Otherwise,it may cause damage to the vehicle body or hydraulic cylinder,and even cause serious damage to the overall structure of the high legged vehicle due to the unevenness of the vehicle body.However,due to the fact that the center of gravity of the vehicle body is located at the left rear of the vehicle body,and the loads on the four lifting cylinders are not equal.In order to ensure the synchronization of the vehicle body lifting and lowering,the simulation models for the inlet throttle speed adjusting circuit and outlet throttle speed adjusting circuit of the lifting system speed adjusting valve have been established on the basis of Amesim simulation software in the text,as well as the inlet throttle speed control circuit of the rising speed adjusting valve and the outlet throttle speed control circuit of the descending speed adjusting valve.The stability of pressure and speed as well as the synchronicity of the lifting and lowering of the high legged vehicle of the three circuits have been compared and analyzed under different loading of four cylinders.The results show that the lifting system by using of a speed adjusting valve and rectifier board,which uses the inlet throttle speed control of the speed adjusting valve for ascending and the outlet throttle speed control circuit of the speed adjusting valve for descending,has stable pressure and speed,as well as good lifting synchronization performance,providing a basis for the design of the synchronization system.
