摘　　要：基于工业自动化控制对于上下位数据传输所需的实时性与数据可靠性需求,设计了一套基于TMS230F2812型DSP芯片的RS485数据通信系统。论述了RS485的通信原理及该系统利用DSP内嵌的485A中断模块实现与上位机实时通信的工作流程与软件设计。测试表明,该系统数据传输稳定,通信速率高,抗干扰能力强,对工业自动化设备的数据通信起到了良好的效果。Based on the real-time and data reliability requirements of industrial automation control for upper and lower data transmission,an RS485 data communication system based on TMS230F2812 DSP chip has been designed.The communication principle of RS485,the workflow and software design of the system by using the embedded 485A interrupt module in DSP to achieve real-time communication with the upper computer have been discussed in the text.Tests have shown that the system has stable data transmission,high communication speed,strong anti-interference ability,and has achieved good results in data communication for industrial automation equipment.
