摘 要:以CAXA CAD和SolidWorks为平台,设计建立火车轮毂智能锻造生产线所需的环形加热炉、工业机械手、快速锻造液压机等三维模型,完成生产线系统模型集成优化,后将模型导入SolidWorks Composer软件进行可视化交互设计,即通过设置属性关键帧、位置关键帧、时间关键帧等内容,完成生产流程的可视化设置,生动呈现智能化生产过程,实现机械设计制造与可视化设计耦合,为火车轮毂智能锻造生产线系列化设计和运动联动设计提供基础与依据。On the platform of CAXA CAD and Solidworks,the 3D models of the annular heating furnace,industrial manipulator,and rapid forging hydraulic press required for the intelligent forging production line of train hub have been designed and established,and the system model of the production line has been integrated and optimized.Then the model has been imported into Solidworks Composer software for visual interaction design,that is,by setting attribute key frames,position key frames,and time key frames to complete the visualization setting of the production process,vividly present the intelligent production process and achieve the coupling of mechanical design&manufacturing with visual design,which provides the foundation and basis for the serialization design and motion linkage design of the intelligent forging production line for train wheel hubs.
