摘 要:随着电力体制改革不断深入,基本电价执行方式不断完善,工业企业应借助更多方式的用户需求响应智能控制决策,以减轻自身用电成本负担。以流程工业降低基本电费成本为背景,已有研究多基于简单的线性生产系统进行优化调度,并未考虑实际复杂运行约束情况以及负荷转移成本,为此提出了一种深度融合企业生产环节并计及负荷转移成本的最大需量优化控制方法。考虑设备工序对应关系及生产流程约束,建立基于有向图的企业用电生产调度模型;根据企业历史最大需量日负荷,以基本电费及负荷转移成本之和最小为目标,采用混合整数线性规划方法决策出最优生产调度方案。算例结果表明,采用最大需量优化控制方法能够在一定程度上降低用电成本,成本节省率可达6.91%,验证了该方法的可行性和实效性。With the deepening of power system reform and the continuous improvement of basic electricity price implementation mode,industrial enterprises should respond to intelligent control decisions with more ways of user demand to reduce their own power cost burden.With the background of reducing the basic electricity cost in the process industry,most of the existing studies are based on simple linear production systems for optimal scheduling,without considering the actual complex operating constraints and load transfer costs.Therefore,a maximum demand optimization control method is proposed,which deeply integrates enterprise production links and takes into account the cost of load transfer.Considering the corresponding relationship between equipment processes and production process constraints,a production scheduling model of enterprise power consumption based on directed graph is created.According to the historical maximum demand daily load of the enterprise,the optimal production scheduling scheme is determined by using the mixed integer linear programming method with the objective of minimizing the sum of the basic electricity charge and the load transfer cost.The result of the example shows that the maximum demand optimization control method can reduce the power consumption cost to a certain extent,and the cost saving rate can reach 6.91%,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
