摘  要:在穿越电力设施保护区时,浮吊船等水面作业单元同带电导线应保持足够的安全距离。阐述一起浮吊船扬臂穿越导致的220 kV架空线路外力破坏事件。通过了解事件经过剖析物防、安防和人防等防范措施存在的问题,总结事件教训,提出安全警示标识、涉电固定工地邻水安全管控、促进海事执法机构对水面航道安全管理等措施,避免类似事故再次发生,共同改进高压架空线路穿越水域航道塔段的电力设施保护工作。When crossing the power facility protection area,the floating crane and other water surface operation units shall keep enough safe distance from the electrical conductor.Elaborates an external force damage event of 220 kV overhead line caused by the boom crossing of a floating crane ship.Through understanding the incident process,analyze the problems existing in the preventive measures such as physical defense,security defense and civil defense,summarize the incident lessons and propose countermeasures such as safety warning signs,safety management and control of water adjacent to fixed construction sites related to electricity,and promote the safety management of water and waterway by maritime law enforcement agencies avoid the recurrence of similar accidents,and jointly improves the protection of power facilities in the tower section of the channel where the high-voltage overhead line crosses the water area.
