The study on the allocation efficiency of agriculture-related loans and its influencing factors is beneficial to achieve rational allocation of rural financial resources which is a strong financial support for rural revitalization.Based on the spatial-temporal analysis of the allocation efficiency in each prefecture-level city of Anhui Province with DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index model, the Tobit model was used to conduct regression analysis of the influencing factors. The results show that the allocation efficiency in prefecture-level cities of Anhui Province is high overall, but varies widely among cities, and is on an upward trend in recent years due to the impetus of technological progress.Factors like industrial structure,urban-rural differences, government policies to support agriculture, financial relevance rate, degree of rural financial development, and bank intermediary capacity all have an impact on the allocation efficiency.Accordingly,it should be improved by means of financial institution management, technological innovation, and the urban-rural gap.
