摘　　要：见义勇为是当代社会之道德期盼,私法之上构建荣誉权制度乃我国民事立法首创。见义勇为者荣誉制度有其正当法价值基础、法律理论支撑与实践需要。借助荣誉获得权、荣誉维护权与荣誉利益支配权三项权能,搭建见义勇为者荣誉权内部规范体系以丰富荣誉权多元表达,释明荣誉权在《民法典》人格权编与侵权责任编的衔接与适用,探寻请求权基础与民事责任视角下的见义勇为者荣誉权外部适用规则,积极构筑以国家与社会力量为基点的见义勇为者荣誉制度,织密见义勇为者荣誉权保护之网。Acting bravely and upholding justice are traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the moral aspirations of contemporary society.It is the initiative of civil legislation of our country to construct honor right system based on private law,but there is little discussion on the protection of the right to honor for those who act bravely for justice.The system of honor for those who act bravely for righteousness has its legitimate legal value foundation,legal theoretical support,and practical needs.By virtue of the three powers of the right to obtain honor,the right to maintain honor,and the right to control honor interests,the internal regulatory system for the right to honor those who act bravely for justice is built to enrich the diversified expression of the right to honor.It clarifies the connection and application of the right to honor in the compilation of personality right and infringement liability in the Civil Code,explores the external applicable rules of the right to honor for those who act bravely for justice from the perspective of the basis of the right to claim and civil liability,actively constructs a system of honor for righteous individuals based on national and social forces,and weaves a network for the protection of the right to honor for good Samaritans.
