摘  要:阐述了使用Cr-Ni-Mo-V钢制造大型核电汽轮机中间轴锻件的制造工艺特点,对其冶炼、锻造、热处理工艺进行研究和产品试制,并通过理化检验评价,满足产品技术要求,验证了制造工艺的合理性和可行性。The characteristics of manufacturing process for the intermediate shaft of large nuclear power turbine with Cr-Ni-Mo-V steel have been described.The smelting,forging and heat treatment processes have been studied and the product has been trial-produced.Through physical and chemical inspection and evaluation,the technical requirements of the product have been met,and the rationality and feasibility of the manufacturing process have been verified.
