摘　　要：42CrMo4风机主轴对力学性能及超声检测要求严格。根据技术要求,制定试制方案,并严格按生产试制路线、措施及工艺进行生产。经过试制检验,力学性能及其它指标均满足技术要求。42CrMo4 wind turbine main shaft has strict requirements on mechanical properties and ultrasonic testing.According to the technical requirements,the trial production plan has been formulated,and the production trial route,measures and processes for the production has been strictly followed.After trial production,the mechanical properties and other indicators have been met the technical requirements.
