摘　　要：泵头体锻件在无损检测时,发现密集型超标缺陷,通过低倍检验、扫描电镜分析、金相分析方法,确定了缺陷性质为夹杂物。通过生产过程的对比分析,发现炼钢过程中脱氧不充分是导致此缺陷的主要原因。During the flaw detection of the pump head forgings,clustered over-standard defects have been found.Through macroscopic inspection,scanning electron microscopy analysis,and metallographic analysis,the nature of the defects has been determined to be inclusions.Through the comparative analysis of the production process,it has been found that the insufficient deoxidation in the steelmaking process is the main reason for this defect.
