摘 要:针对SG1000高强钢板在加工臂架结构件过程中出现冷折弯开裂的现象,对该钢板开裂处化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、微区形貌等进行系统分析,发现该钢板本身存在屈强比过高、带状组织过多、成型下料及折弯工艺不合理等问题。通过适当降低连铸钢水过热度、增大电磁搅拌频率和强度、增大轧机单道次压缩比、延长回火时间、增加钢板折弯结构件的弯心直径和垂直于轧制方向套料等措施,有效避免了钢板冷弯开裂的发生。In view of the phenomenon of cold bending cracking of SG1000 high-strength steel plate in the process of machining boom structural parts,the chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,micro area morphology,etc.of the steel plate cracking were systematically analyzed,and it was found that the steel plate itself had problems such as too high yield strength ratio,too much ribbon weave,unreasonable forming,blanking and bending process.The occurrence of cold bending cracking of steel plate has been effectively avoided by adopting measures such as appropriately reducing the superheat of molten steel in continuous casting,increasing the frequency and intensity of electromagnetic stirring,increasing the compression ratio of single pass of rolling mill,extending the tempering time,increasing the bending center diameter of steel plate bending structure and nesting perpendicular to the rolling direction.
