摘 要:采用高频红外吸收法测定KR脱硫渣中的S元素含量,实验选用硫酸钾基准试剂建立S元素标准工作曲线,考虑KR脱硫渣的构成组分,选择锡粒、纯铁、钨粒作为助熔剂。实验分析坩埚盖会对高硫样品分析结果产生的影响,建立KR脱硫渣中S元素的高频红外测定方法。按实验方法对3个不同S含量的样品进行7次重复性测定,测得相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)≤2.00%,加标回收率的实验结果为97.6%~104.3%,此实验满足日常分析要求。The content of S in KR desulphurization slag was determined by high frequency infrared absorption method,the standard working curve of S element was established by using potassium sulfate as reference reagent,and tin particles,pure iron and tungsten particles were selected as flux considering the composition of KR desulphurization slag.The influence of crucible cover on the high sulfur samples was analyzed experimentally,and a high frequency infrared method for the determination of s in KR desulphurization slag was established.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7) was less than 2.00%.The recoveries were 97.6% ~ 104.3%,the experiment meets the requirements of routine analysis.
