水性涂料用钛白粉制备工艺参数研究

摘  要:金红石型钛白粉是水性涂料钛白粉的重要组成部分,采用氯化法生产出金红石型钛白粉浆料后,必须对其进行无机表面处理,提高钛白粉的水分散性。通过试验确定了无机表面处理的最佳工艺参数为:分散剂加入量为0.35%,顺流铝包膜方式、环境p H值为7,盐酸调节剂加入速度为0.015 g/min,包膜温度为70℃。上述工艺参数表面处理后,二氧化钛表面包覆氧化铝膜致密,产品试样的等电点、不同p H值条件下ζ电位曲线均与国外先进产品R1保持一致,说明制备的水性涂料用钛白粉产品水分散状态优异。Rutile titanium dioxide is an important component of waterborne coating titanium dioxide.After producing rutile titanium dioxide slurry by chlorination,inorganic surface treatment must be carried out to improve the water dispersion of titanium dioxide.The optimum technological parameters of inorganic surface treatment were determined by experiments as follows:the dosage of dispersant was 0.35%,the way of aluminum coating in the downstream flow,the environmental pH value was 7,the adding speed of hydrochloric acid regulator was0.015 g/min,and the coating temperature was 70 ℃.After the surface treatment of the above process parameters,the surface of titanium dioxide is coated with alumina film,which is dense,and the isoelectric point of the product sample,under different pH ζ the potential curves are consistent with the foreign advanced product R1,indicating that the prepared titanium dioxide product for water-based coatings has excellent water dispersion.
