摘 要:钒生产过程中会产生大量的含悬浮物质的污水,这些悬浮物质对污水的回收利用和排放造成了较大的问题。主要简要介绍了两种钒生产废水中悬浮物的处理方案,一是采用生物聚凝剂和金属螯合剂,在适当p H值条件下处理钒生产废水中悬浮物。二是采用磁化絮凝技术去除钒浸出液中固体悬浮物。经实验验证,采用这两种工艺处理后的污水,均满足回用的需要,可有效地解决钒废水回用问题。A large amount of wastewater containing suspended substances will be produced in the vanadium production process,and these suspended substances have caused great problems to the recycling and discharge of wastewater.Two treatment schemes of suspended solids in vanadium production wastewater are briefly introduced.One is to treat the suspended solids in vanadium production wastewater with biological coagulant and metal chelating agent at appropriate pH value.Secondly,magnetic flocculation technology is used to remove the suspended solids in vanadium leaching solution.The experimental results show that the wastewater treated by these two processes can meet the need of reuse and effectively solve the problem of vanadium wastewater reuse.
