摘  要:海南某铁矿随着连续多年高产量开采,富矿资源日渐枯褐,原有工艺不适宜加工贫矿,须新建1条精粉加工生产线才能满足加工采场品位及已变化的贫矿需要,于是采用磁选-反浮选联合工艺,使铁矿资源得到有效回收。但新建生产线投产仍然达不到设计指标,通过对部分工艺流程的整改、全流程考查、生产调试,使各项技术指标达到设计要求。With continuous years of high-yield mining in an iron mine in Hainan,the rich ore resources are gradually withering and brown,and the original process is not suitable for processing the lean ore.A new refined powder processing production line must be built to meet the needs of processing the grade of the stope and the changed lean ore.The combined process of magnetic separation-reverse flotation is used to effectively recover the iron ore resources.However,the new production line still fails to meet the design indicators after being put into operation.After rectification of some process flows,inspection of the whole process,and production commissioning,all technical indicators finally meet the design requirements.
