摘  要:针对某钢铁厂摆式飞剪机在剪切作业中剪切力大、剪切机构承受载荷大、剪切质量不能保证等问题,根据定尺飞剪的结构特点,设计了摆式飞剪机的结构,并对其剪切力进行试验研究。通过Φ55 mm圆钢和Φ32 mm螺纹钢的现场试验表明,飞剪机的实际剪切力在250~320 t,与理论剪切力范围基本一致。设计的剪切机运行稳定,剪切质量大大提升。In view of the problems of large shear force,large load on the shear mechanism,and failure to guarantee the shear quality of the swing flying shear in a certain steel plant during the shear operation,according to the structural characteristics of the fixed length flying shear,the structure of the tilting flying shear is designed,and its shear force is tested.The field test of Φ55 mm round steel and Φ32 mm deformed steel bars shows that the actual shear force of the flying shear is 250~320 t,which is basically consistent with the theoretical shear force range.The designed shearing machine operates stably and the shearing quality is greatly improved.
